Robby Scates
Robby Scates was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended University High School and graduated in 2002. Robby moved to Hammond Louisiana to attend Southeastern Louisiana University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree. He arrived there on a football scholarship when football was brought back to Southeastern.
Upon graduating college, he began a career in the insurance industry in 2006 and has 12 years of experience in property and casualty lines as well as life and health. Robby was with Farm Bureau Insurance for six years and prior to that, he was a Regional Manager with PFS Insurance Services.
He and his family are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula where he married his wife, Caitlin Fulmer, in 2011. Caitlin is a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula and is the daughter of Mike and Sandra Fulmer, owners of Berryland Motors and Berryland Campers. Robby and Caitlin have three children: Mayson, Weston and Roman.

Amanda Sharp CIC, CRM
Amanda Sharp was born and raised in Loranger, Louisiana, and earned her bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 2007 and brings nearly two decades of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. Amanda has further demonstrated her commitment to professional excellence by earning the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations, reflecting her advanced knowledge and dedication to serving her clients with expertise and integrity.
Outside of her professional career, Amanda enjoys playing beach volleyball and spending time with her family and friends. She values building lasting relationships both personally and professionally and takes pride in making a positive impact in her community.

Leslie Settoon
With more than 20 years of experience as a business owner focused on operations and client relationships, Leslie brings a unique perspective to her role in insurance. After selling her development company in 2022, she joined the Berryland team in early 2026 as Personal Lines Coordinator, specializing in personal lines insurance. She is passionate about helping clients understand their coverage and find insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs.
A lifelong resident of Ponchatoula, Leslie and her husband are raising their two sons in the community they call home. She has been actively involved in a variety of civic and nonprofit organizations throughout the years, building strong connections throughout Tangipahoa Parish and the surrounding communities.
Leslie believes insurance is about more than a policy—it’s about trust, relationships, and having someone you can count on when you need them most. She is proud to serve individuals and families throughout the surrounding parishes and is committed to providing personal, responsive service while helping clients protect the people, homes, and things that matter most.

Quarles Agnew
Quarles Agnew was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Metairie Park Country Day School and graduated in 2016 before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Mississippi.
During her time at Ole Miss, Quarles participated in Semester at Sea, an experience that took her 25,113 nautical miles across four continents and 11 countries. The experience broadened her perspective and fueled her passion for travel and connecting with people from different backgrounds.
Quarles returned to New Orleans in the summer of 2020 and began her career in the insurance industry that fall. She specializes in commercial lines account management and joined the Berryland team in February 2026, where she focuses on building strong client relationships and providing thoughtful, personalized insurance solutions.
Outside of work, Quarles enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and volunteering with organizations that support and raise awareness for mental health.

Robby Moss
Hartwig “Robby” Moss IV was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he developed deep roots in the community and a lifelong appreciation for locally owned, relationship-driven businesses. He attended Isidore Newman High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in Pre-Medical Studies, from Boston College.
Robby began his career in the insurance industry in 1996 when he joined Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency, a fifth-generation, family-owned independent agency founded in 1871. He brings more than two decades of experience in property and casualty insurance, specializing in both commercial and personal lines, including complex property risks, construction, coastal exposures, and specialty coverages. He currently serves as President and CEO of Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency and is known for his consultative, client-focused approach to risk management.
In addition to his agency leadership, Robby is actively involved in the insurance industry and the broader community. He serves on the Board of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Louisiana and is involved with several nonprofit organizations focused on community support, disaster response, and families facing pediatric brain cancer. His professional philosophy is grounded in integrity, long-term relationships, and stewardship.
Robby lives in the New Orleans area with his wife, Leigh, and his two sons, and remains deeply connected to the communities he serves throughout Southeast Louisiana.

Sean Francioni
Sean Francioni is a New Orleans native, entrepreneur, and business executive focused on growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial success. As Vice President of Sales and Chief Growth Officer at Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency, he leads strategic growth initiatives and business development efforts that drive organizational performance and client value.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Sean is actively involved in the New Orleans community, coaching youth sports, supporting local Little League programs, and serving on boards dedicated to charitable fundraising and community impact. He is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as cooking, fishing, and supporting the New Orleans Saints.

Kaitlyn Lesage
Kaitlyn Lesage is a New Orleans native and serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency, where she also supports Berryland Insurance as part of the broader organization. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Business Management.
Kaitlyn has always had a genuine love for accounting and enjoys using the story behind the numbers to help the agency make thoughtful, informed decisions. Her role also extends into operations, human resources, and organizational planning. She is passionate about improving processes, supporting employees, and helping create a strong foundation for the agency’s continued growth.
Giving back and supporting young people have also been important parts of Kaitlyn’s life. She previously coached cheerleading and has volunteered at her daughters’ school. She looks forward to becoming even more involved in the community and finding new opportunities to make a positive difference.
Most importantly, Kaitlyn is a proud mother of two daughters. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her girls, supporting their activities, and cheering them on in everything they do.
