Robby Scates
Robby Scates was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended University High School and graduated in 2002. Robby moved to Hammond Louisiana to attend Southeastern Louisiana University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree. He arrived there on a football scholarship when football was brought back to Southeastern.
Upon graduating college, he began a career in the insurance industry in 2006 and has 12 years of experience in property and casualty lines as well as life and health. Robby was with Farm Bureau Insurance for six years and prior to that, he was a Regional Manager with PFS Insurance Services.
He and his family are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula where he married his wife, Caitlin Fulmer, in 2011. Caitlin is a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula and is the daughter of Mike and Sandra Fulmer, owners of Berryland Motors and Berryland Campers. Robby and Caitlin have three children: Mayson, Weston and Roman.

Blair R. Valenti
Blair is a dedicated educator from Loranger, Louisiana. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Southeastern Louisiana University in December 2024 and is a proud 2020 graduate of Loranger High School. Passionate about helping young learners thrive, Blair currently teaches kindergarten at a local elementary school, where she creates a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. In 2025, she expanded her professional goals by passing the Property and Casualty Insurance exam and is now building a part-time career with Berryland Insurance Company.
